A Cozy Getaway for Your Pets

Heading out on vacation and not sure where your furry friends should stay? The Coweta Animal Hospital has you covered. Available Monday-Friday.

What to Bring?

When you drop off your furry friend for pet boarding in Newnan, please remember to bring their current vaccine records, any medications they’ll need while you’re away, and their food to prevent stomach upset. We’ll also need a contact number where we can reach you in case of an emergency. To help your pet feel more at home, feel free to pack their favorite treats, toys, and a cozy blanket.

Our Boarding Policy

To ensure all pets have a safe and comfortable stay, we’ve set a few guidelines. All pets must be free of external parasites—if needed, we can take care of that for you.

For Dogs

Required Vaccinations: DHPP, Lepto, Bordetella, Rabies, and a Fecal Analysis

For Cats

Required Vaccinations: FVRCP, Rabies, and a Fecal Analysis

Feeding & Special Diets

We typically feed pets twice per day. Once in the morning and in the afternoon, unless you let us know otherwise. We encourage you to bring your pet’s food, or we can provide meals for them.

Exercise

We take our dog boarders out for walks twice a day to ensure they get the exercise they need to stay happy and healthy while you’re away.

Boarding Appointments

Pet boarding in Newnan is available by appointment only. We’ll provide you with specific instructions, and your pet will have a quick exam before being admitted to our kennel area.
